General conditions of sales

These terms define the respective obligations and customer Report'ing under remote purchase show tickets, and delivery of orders placed on this site.

Article 1 - Prices and places

1.1 The ticket prices are in euros all taxes included.

1.2 All orders whatever their origin are payable in euros.

1.3 REPORT'ING reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, tickets will be charged on the basis of rates in effect at time of order entry.

1.4 No refund will be made in case of loss or theft of the ticket.

Article 2 - Availability and seating chart

2.1 The customer is informed in real time, when placing the order, the availability of places required.

2.2 In the event of unavailability of all or part of places required by the customer in the indicated category, it will be offered places in another category, after having warned, and subject to the availability of those places in this other category. If the number of seats requested exceeded the number of places available in the selected category or another category proposed, it may be attributed to customer non-contiguous spaces.

2.3 During the booking process, places the client may be delivered on a floor plan if it is available and seats are numbered. The location of these places, however, is for informational purposes as representative as possible. However, depending on the actual size of the room shown on the plan, the location may indicate either specific places or group of places in which the tickets will be reserved by the customer.

Article 3 - Payment

3.1 Payment of bills by the customer on the company website REPORT'ING is exclusively by credit card networks BLUE CARD / VISA and EUROCARD / MASTERCARD.

3.2 The customer's bank account will be debited the amount of the order, dice the final validation of the transaction.

3.3 A payment receipt will automatically be viewable by the customer after the transaction, the account that would have been awarded, and accessible through the login / password, which will have been allocated, set when the purchase.

3.4 IMPORTANT: each bank transaction results in the creation of a single ticket. Where applicable, a ticket can contain several places, in which case the client will appear at the entrance with all its potential guests.

Article 4 : Payment security and privacy

4.1 SECURING PAYMENTS
Electronic payments made in connection with transactions on the site are secured by using SSL encryption procedure (Secure Sockets Layer). REPORT'ING The company uses for said secure electronic payments, the solution provided by the company PPPS PAYBOX.


4.2 PERSONAL DATA
When placing an order, the company will be called REPORT'ING, for the management of said order, to collect from the customer some personal data (besides the name and surname of the customer, are collected his e-mail and mobile phone number).

These data will be used in the treatment and monitoring of the customer's order, and in the event of any postponement or cancellation of the corresponding event. Can access this data to companies contractually bound REPORTING which provide in the strictest confidence (organizers in connection with the organization of the Event, affiliated sites REPORT'ING, host).

The client may, if desired, allowing the company to send its REPORTING newsletters and to inform future events organized by its partners, by SMS or email. If he refuses, he will have to uncheck the box provided for this purpose. If he wishes not to receive further information REPORT'ING, the customer must send an email to billetterie@reporting.fr

In any event, REPORT'ING reserves the right, as authorized by Article L. 34-5 of the Postal and Electronic Communications (Article 121-20-5 of the Consumer Code), to send offers of events similar to those for which he has already placed an order with REPORTING, except the possibility that it will oppose the use of their details every time such an offer is made by sending an email to billetterie@reporting.fr

The customer can also, if desired, receive SMS or email sales proposals which partners REPORTING is under contract (organizers, including affiliated sites). If he wishes not to receive further information REPORTING partners, the customer must send an email to billetterie@reporting.fr

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, the treatment of personal information relating to service users REPORTING has been declared to the CNIL. The customer has at any time a right of access and correction of personal data collected about REPORT'ING, by sending a letter read at the following address: REPORT'ING COMPANY - Customer Relationship - 37 Avenue des Ternes 75017 Paris or billetterie@reporting.fr email or by calling 01 40 55 50 50 (art. 34 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).

Article 5 - Acceptance of terms and conditions

5.1 The Customer have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before payment of the order.

5.2 Data recorded by the company REPORT'ING represent proof of the transactions on its website, by the customer.

Article 6 - Delivery of tickets

6.1 As soon as the confirmation of purchase, the customer may, at its option between the delivery of a ticket downloaded as an image-enabled mobile phone by WAP or i-mode. Or a paper ticket at home on A4 paper.

6.2 In accepting these general conditions of sale, the client also accepts the terms of use of tickets.

6.3 The bill requires the possession of a printer, to be able to print the title on a blank sheet of A4. The customer can either print the ticket in black and white or color.

Article 7 - Controls of tickets

7.1 The ticket check will be conducted using bar code readers by the organizer of the event, under its responsibility, at the input to said event. In the event that several purchases were made via the Web or a mobile phone, each purchase will result in the creation of a ticket containing a numeric code up to 8 digits present on the ticket as a bar code and checked at the entrance to the venue of the event.

7.2 The site allows the identification code of the buyer and the drill of his command.

7.3 The organizer reserves the right to control the customer's identity at the entrance to the venue of the Event. Customers must necessarily be provided with an official ID, and valid photo: identity card, passport, driving license or residence permit.

7.4 Under the provisions taken by the organizer in relation to tax administration, especially for sporting events, the organizer may provide the client, after this check, a ticket to two standard strains. NB: each code space can be presented only once at the checkpoint.

Article 8 - Cancellation, refund and transfer

In case of cancellation of an Event, rental fees will be, in any event, kept by REPORT'ING.
8.3 The Client agrees that the company REPORTING, warned by the organizer of an Event of any decision affecting the conditions of unwinding said Event (such qu'annulation, postponement, change of place of organization), uses the coordinates that it will REPORTING provided as part of his order, for the purpose of informing such changes, as well as the way forward.

8.4 In any event, all tickets purchased will not be reimbursed, even in the case where the ticket was not used by the client.

Article 10 - Liability

10.1 The company is responsible, in respect of its customers, the performance of obligations resulting from contracts concluded at a distance, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.

10.2 Each organizer sets the rules specific to the organization of the Event. This regulation is available on the website of the organizer or the entrance to the venue of the Event or is provided by the organizer to the client. The customer shall comply strictly with the rules of the organizer.

Article 12 - Applicable law - disputes

12.1 The sales of tickets made on the website of the company REPORTING are subject to French law.

12.2 In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Terms of tickets

The ticket is subject to the terms of sale and the REPORTING following special conditions, which you accepted before the ticket is purchased :

The ticket is only valid if printed on white A4 paper, blank on both sides.

Admission to the event is subject to verification of the validity of your ticket.

The organizer may in some cases give you a ticket "standard" two strains on inspection of your ticket.

Good print quality is required. Tickets partially printed, dirty, damaged or illegible will not be accepted and will be considered invalid.

To check the quality of printing, make sure that the information written on the ticket and bar code are readable.

The ticket is non-exchangeable and non refundable unless cancellation of the event. If canceled, only the price stated on the ticket will be refunded, without booking fees and costs (transport, hotels, parking, etc.).

The ticket is personal and not transferable. During testing, you are required to be equipped with a official ID, and valid photo: identity card, passport, driving license or residence permit. Family books are accepted for children.

The ticket is only valid for the event, the date and conditions contained on it, as it must be kept until the end of the event.
We strongly recommend that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of the event.

Within the event, customers agree to abide by the rules of conduct set by the organizer.

Moreover, the acquisition of this ticket implies acceptance of the rules of the place of the event.

REPORTING is not responsible: for anomalies that may occur during the ordering, processing or printing the ticket since she has not caused intentionally or by negligence in case of loss, theft or misuse of the ticket.

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or forge a ticket in any way whatsoever. Reproduction of the ticket and use the copy of this ticket are liable to criminal prosecution.

In case of non compliance with all rules specified above, this post will be considered invalid.
